- All paintings are non-refundable.
2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place and secure your order. I will not begin your commission without it.
3. Once I have completed your commission, I will send you a scanned image of the finished painting to ensure you're happy with my work. The remaining payment must be payed before I send out your painting.
4. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks completion, unless a date is specified, I work on a first come, first serve basis through my diary for the year.
5. The prices stated on my 'orders' page do not include framing or shipping.
6. All paintings are sent 1st Class, signed & tracked for by Royal Mail to ensure you receive your painting safely.
7. If your painting, unfortunately doesn't arrive to you safely, I have high quality scans of all my artwork, so can provide you with a copy.
8. All paintings will be posted on my website under my 'portfolio', on my Instagram and my Facebook.
9. Upon request, I will not post your painting on my social media, before a specific date as I know some paintings are surprises/ secrets for special occasions.
10. I have the right to deny a pet commission if the client is unable to provide a high quality photograph of their pet. Exceptions can be made if your pet has passed and you are unable to produce a suitable photo of your pet.
